2 (2) skeins Knit Picks Simply Cotton Sport [100% organic cotton; 164 yds; 50 g; sport weight], 

Color: Envy Heather.

•Needles

US size 1/2.25mm 16” circular,

US size 2/2.75mm 16” circular and dpns, 

or preferred needles for working in the rnd


Adjust needle size to obtain correct gauge.

•Gauge

30 sts & 48 rnds = 4” in Labyrinth Pattern on smaller needles (or 7 sts per inch in St st).


26 sts & 40 rnds = 4” in Labyrinth Pattern on larger needles (or 6 sts per inch in St st).

•Finished Sizes: M (L)

19.25 (21.25)” circumference.

•To Fit Sizes

up to a 22 (24)” head circumference.

Green With Envy
Pattern #3 in the Shades of Green Collection

A knit hat pattern

I named this design Green With Envy because that’s what I imagine all Chris’s friends are when they see his many knitted hats. (A gal can dream, right?) Plus, it’s green yarn and I was feeling ever so clever.

Green With Envy is a super lightweight slouch hat worked in the round from the bottom up. Every fourth round of the labyrinth chart will require your attention. Once the new pattern is set up you will simply work as established for a few rounds. This pattern will continue through to the end of the crown decreases.
