A Knit Sock Pattern

Red Bird (originally published as Feng-Huang) is a top-down sock knitting pattern. The design is written for using 2 circular needles, although you may choose the method most comfortable for you. The main stitch pattern is charted in two sizes.

Pattern photos show Red Bird worked in Denali, a light fingering weight sock yarn from Pagewood farms. Colorway featured is "Really Red."

Any light-fingering sock yarn will work for this pattern. Try Schaefer Yarns "Anne," Blue Moon Fiber Arts Socks that Rock, or Lorna's Laces Shepherd Sock.
